Is there a free trial? +
Yes, Personal, Family and Business plans start with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, there's no long-term contract - cancel whenever you like.
Do family members need to buy their own subscription? +
No. Once the Family plan is active, every accepted family member automatically gets full Family-level access under the owner's subscription — up to 5 people in total (1 owner + 4 members).
What happens to my documents if I downgrade or my subscription expires? +
We never delete your documents. You can still view, download and edit what you already have — you just can't add new documents above your new plan's limit until you upgrade or free up space.
Can Remindon see my documents? +
Not if you turn on end-to-end encryption (Settings › End-to-end encryption, free on every plan). Your documents' numbers, names, notes and photos are then encrypted on your family's phones, with keys we never have — so neither our staff nor our servers can read them. We still see what kind of document it is, whose it is and its dates, so we can remind you. Without it, documents are encrypted on our servers and our support staff still can't see what's in them.
What if I lose my phone? +
Remove it from your other phone or the web, and replace all the keys in one step — the lost phone gets nothing more. If every phone is lost, your recovery key gets you back in. We never see it, so keep it somewhere safe.
