Why plan them together
A family of four can easily have twenty documents that expire — passports, ID cards, driving licences, visas and residence permits, vehicle papers and insurance — each on its own cycle. They rarely line up, and the one you forget is usually the one you need at the airport or the counter.
How to use it
Add each document and its expiry date. Add whose it is and how long its renewal usually takes if you like, and the planner shows when to start each renewal, not just when it runs out. Everything is sorted into one timeline, with anything expired or due soon flagged.
